catch up
Sorry for not posting for over a week now. A lot has been going on the past week. Lets rewind to last Thursday. My littlest, Allie woke up from her nap and was crying, very upset, and patting at her diaper. Allie is typically our happy child and never wakes up crying. So I changed her diaper, just in case it was poop that was bugging her or whatnot. Nope, no poop, not much urine either, but it sure stunk!!! So i thought maybe she had an uti. I took her temp and she had a temp, so i called and got her a doctor appointment that afternoon. By the time we got to the doctor her tiny little rash she had when she woke up turned all pussy and gross. Miss Allie was diagnosed with impetigo. She is was put on a very strong amoxicillin and salve. After her appointment, getting meds filled, driving 40 minutes home, and getting the girls in the house, Maddie starts complaining her tongue hurts. Now the couple prior days at lunch she had complained her tongue hurt but i just thought she had bit her tongue, but this time she wasn't eating. I have her open her mouth and stick out her tongue and wow, there was a huge dime size sore on her tongue!!! So i call nurses line, and they tell me i should bring her in. So Friday morning comes and i look at her tongue again and now she has another sore, so off to the doctors again we go. Apparently she has some viral infection in her mouth that she has to ride it out. By Saturday the girls were seeming pretty decent. So we decided to go to Nick's step father's 50th birthday party which was about a hour and half away. We were about half way there and Allie starts crying hysterically. I look back and oh boy!! she had a massive blow out! The meds side effect was diarrhea and boy they were right! So we have been dealing with that as well since Saturday, its gradually getting better though! Saturday I also hit my 34 week marker! Not much longer, yah!! Sunday we had a blessed day. Our church had baptism day at a local beach. So we had our service, baptism, and a cookout at the beach. It was a blessed day. I was kinda bummed i didn't get to participate in the event, but god willing it will happen soon for me, or my husband or both of us. Monday was pretty uneventful other than dirty diapers and staying home. Tuesday, was another crazy day. My mom informs me that she had knee surgery that morning and it went fine. She didn't want anyone to know until after she had surgery. very odd. then she tells me my grandpa went in for a colonoscopy because he had "cloudy" results and may have cancer. then she told me that her fiance's mother was admitted to the hospital and may have cancer as well and is having surgery tomorrow to check out things. Today, was pretty uneventful. We stayed home took good naps and the girls fought almost all day!! Tomorrow is my normal doctor appt and normal weekly nonstress test. I am hoping tomorrow he can tell me if the baby dropped and is in place. two weeks ago he was breech so hopefully he flips soon! i pray everyday that he will flip, to avoid c-section topic. So if you can pray for him to flip and the remaining pregnancy to go smoothly, it would be appreciated. I cant wait to hold him and stop with the insulin shots!! So i think that might sum it up! I don't have a normal 34 week photo but i will post a somewhat side picture of me from the 50th birthday party. Enjoy!

that's a lot going on. Hope your kiddos are OK. Sounds miserable. Happy Anniversary to you and your hubby. I've never been to the Melting Pot but I hear it's pretty good. I'll keep your family in prayer. God will let you know when it's time to get baptized. It's an exciting thing.
