its been a long time since i blogged last...sorry my blogging friends. its been crazy and lots of drama here. so i decided not to vent and say crazy things....so thats why you haven't seen for awhile. i am so glad i didn't blog about all my crazy drama filled family junk...i would have totally regretted it. anyways off to the good stuff that has happened lately. last week i left my 3 kiddos with my husband and headed out to California all by myself. you may ask for what and why by yourself...lol well my little brother graduated from marine corp boot camp. it was an amazing trip and an awesome experience. even though it rained everyday i was there :( no sunny California for me. i have always wanted to be in the military, so just being out there on base and seeing everything was just amazing for me. my little brother had NO clue i was coming so when he saw me, he was so happy. my family is not one that cries, but there were tears in my brother's eyes and i cried. :) but it was okay. :) i tried taking lot of pictures but my camera didn't seem to want to work :( but here's one that actually turned out. a picture of my brother and i.
my brother has 10 days off for 'liberty' leave and then he heads back to California for more training and schooling for the marines. tomorrow he is coming to my house and i am making him a 'thanksgiving' dinner. he requested green bean casserole. lol since he was in boot camp during thanksgiving and Christmas, he apparently missed holiday foods :) so i get to make a turkey again. anything for my little brother/solider :)
